About a month ago, newly engaged and bursting with plans, bride to be Stephanie approached me about helping her come up with a unique and special way to ask some of her dearest friends to be in her wedding party. Spinning off of an idea Stephanie had been toying with and cabochon jewelry I had seen on etsy and pinterest, I designed these “secret message” rings, incorporating some of the colors and decor elements the bride has planned for her laid back summer wedding.

These rings aren’t just pretty. Each one has a tiny brass locket topped with a pale pink resin rose. When you open the locket, you find your itty bitty hidden message….

The ring boxes were also thoughtfully designed with Stephanie’s wedding style in mind -with grey & white washi tape and natural cotton flowers with wood button centers. The boxes also featured tiny gift tags tied with soft pink bakers twine (not shown).

I have to say that I’m really proud of how sweet these rings turned out. I hope that Stephanie and her girls loved their gifts, and that they become a wonderful memory of this exciting time for all of them. It means so much to me to have had a part in making this bride’s engagement even happier.
♥, Ashley
